Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 5–7 business days, not including weekends or holidays.

  • Made-to-order or print-on-demand items (such as apparel or art prints) may take up to 10 business days to be fulfilled before shipping.

🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • We offer standard shipping via USPS, UPS, or DHL, depending on item type and destination.

  • Average U.S. delivery time: 3–8 business days after processing.

  • At this time, we only ship within the U.S.

🌎 Sustainable Shipping Materials

We use recycled, recyclable, or compostable materials whenever possible to reduce our environmental footprint.

📦 Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.

  • Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

🪴 Local Pickup (if applicable)

Live in Indianapolis? We occasionally offer local market pickups for select events or pre-arranged orders. DM or email us to coordinate!

📬 Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days of delivery at revivedrootsco@gmail.com.

  • Include your order number and photos if applicable.

  • While we are not responsible for carrier errors, we’ll do our best to help resolve the issue.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Your order may arrive in separate packages depending on product type (e.g. print-on-demand shirts vs. handmade items). Don’t worry—your shipping fee covers it all.

❗ Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your address before completing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error.
