We’re a small, purpose-driven business creating sustainable products with care. Due to the nature of our eco-conscious and often made-to-order items, we have a limited return and refund policy. Please read carefully before purchasing.


🌿 All Sales Are Final (Mostly)

Because many of our items are:

  • Custom-made
  • Limited-quantity
  • or Plant-based (non-returnable by law/health codes)
    We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

💔 Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders?

We’ve got your back. If your order arrives:

  • Damaged
  • Incorrect
  • Missing items
    Please email us at revivedrootsco@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:
    • Your order number
    • Photos of the product and packaging

We’ll do our best to resolve the issue through a replacement or partial refund.


📦 Lost Packages

While we are not responsible for delays or losses caused by shipping carriers, we will do everything we can to help track down your package. If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us at revivedrootsco@gmail.com.


📬 Wrong Address?

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We cannot issue refunds for orders sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.


🧾 Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed automatically back to your original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
